Services of the LLMO agency seraif
A language model answers from two sources, from the knowledge it gained in training and from a web search at the moment of the question. seraif works on both.
Unambiguous company data
A model can only recommend what it can clearly attribute. seraif makes sure name, services and location are described the same way everywhere.

How a language model picks providers
In the seraif measurement on 31 October 2026, ChatGPT answered 20 of 22 German-language questions with a web search. For the other two it answered from its trained knowledge or asked back.
With web search, ChatGPT pulled between 15 and 51 results per question. A company that does not appear in this search is missing from the answer.
When asked directly about a company, however, ChatGPT relies on the company's own website. LLMO therefore takes care of both, a reliable description on your own site and hits in the provider search.
Result in ChatGPT
Asked for a Google Discover expert, ChatGPT lists Moritz Serif first, as the screenshot shows.
Asked who Moritz Serif is, ChatGPT describes him, translated from German, as “a German journalist, SEO/GEO and AI consultant from Ludwigshafen am Rhein” (query of 31 October 2026).

Who is behind seraif?
seraif belongs to Moritz Serif, a trained journalist and SEO. Eight years of newsroom work for outlets such as NDR, Funke and Axel Springer shape his work for AI systems.
At one publisher, 13.2 million clicks in twelve months came together under his responsibility, via Google Discover and news boxes.
Client experiences with seraif
Amazon“Moritz helped us enormously in optimising our GEO strategy. His knowledge of the news world and his ability to understand our perspective and challenges precisely were outstanding.”
Catalina GeibPolicy and Press Comms Manager, Amazon
Stimme Mediengruppe“Moritz comes from the newsroom, and you can tell in his SEO work. In an SEO audit he showed us where we were giving away traffic potential. He put his finger on the sore spot, and that is exactly what moved us forward, including on Google Discover.”

Frequently asked questions about LLMO agencies
LLMO stands for Large Language Model Optimization, the optimisation for language models such as ChatGPT or Claude. The goal is for a model to know a company, describe it correctly and recommend it for matching questions.
In practice LLMO and GEO mean almost the same, LLMO emphasises the language model and GEO the generative search. Anyone comparing which agency does LLMO will therefore often find the same providers under both terms.
Nobody can do so directly, because the providers decide what they train their models on. Indirectly, a strong presence in public sources helps, because models learn from such texts.
seraif checks ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity as well as the AI features of Google Search. Which models your customers use is clarified in the initial call.
When ChatGPT gives wrong information about your company, seraif traces the source of the statement and has it corrected there. Typical places are your own website, directories and old articles.
